This challenging Full Office Renovation at IKEA Festival Plaza, Dubai, required a high level of technical proficiency in complex ceiling design. The primary objective was to create a memorable architectural statement using specialized gypsum work. Modern Space expertly executed large, flowing, multi-layered wave formations across the ceiling plane. This unique design element was strategically illuminated using integrated cove lighting, where warm, recessed LEDs follow the curves and layers of the structure. The lighting not only highlights the dramatic contours of the architecture but also provides an expansive, custom-designed ambiance to the entire office floor, showcasing our capability to deliver intricate, large-scale commercial fit-outs that define a space.
