This complex commercial fit-out at Nakheel Mall, Palm Jumeirah, involved a complete strategic overhaul of the corporate office layout, managed end-to-end by Modern Space. Our scope encompassed both structural and aesthetic transformations. We introduced a striking material palette featuring vertical timber slat paneling, meticulously installed to add dimension and natural warmth, contrasted with crisp white marble-look stone used for the bespoke reception desk and wall accents. This combination creates a powerful, contemporary first impression. Critically, the project included the safe and precise installation of a new internal staircase, connecting the floor levels and demonstrating our core expertise in complex structural fit-outs under demanding commercial deadlines. The final fit-out delivered highly functional workstations and display areas, transforming the space into a high-performance, aesthetically refined corporate hub.
