Canal Cove 55: Full Villa Renovation, Palm Jumeirah
This extensive Full Villa Renovation at Canal Cove 55 on Palm Jumeirah focused on maximizing the property’s architectural potential and optimizing the natural light exposure. Modern Space stripped the interiors back to the shell, redesigning the layout to create a spacious, open-plan flow. We installed elegant, wide-plank wooden-look flooring throughout to ground the space with warmth. A central feature of the entryway is the custom-designed staircase, combining light wooden treads with modern frameless glass balustrades to ensure an uninterrupted visual line and maximize light penetration. The renovation was completed with sophisticated ceiling work and the installation of large-scale, artistic light fixtures that serve as striking visual anchors, successfully transforming the villa into a bright, contemporary, and luxurious family residence.
