Modern Space completed a dynamic and modern Corporate Office Fit-Out for Nestlé on Shaikh Zayed Road, Dubai. This project focused on creating an energetic, collaborative, and distinctly branded workspace. The design successfully integrates transparent boundaries using floor-to-ceiling glass partitions for conference and collaboration rooms, promoting an open and light-filled environment. A vibrant color palette was utilized, prominently featuring a signature teal/deep turquoise accent color on walls and doors, contrasting with neutral ceilings and light wooden workstations. The final space balances private meeting areas (equipped with high and low seating options) with open-plan workstation zones, all finished with durable commercial-grade flooring and modern linear lighting fixtures. This fit-out underscores our expertise in delivering large-scale, functional, and visually engaging corporate interiors.
