This full villa renovation at Canal Cove 56 on Palm Jumeirah was approached with a clear interior design vision—enhancing spatial flow, natural light, and material harmony. The interiors were taken back to shell condition to allow a complete reconfiguration of the layout, creating an expansive open-plan living environment. Carefully selected wide-plank, wood-effect flooring introduces warmth and continuity across the spaces. A key design feature within the entrance is the bespoke staircase, combining light timber treads with frameless glass balustrades to preserve visual openness and allow light to travel freely. The design is elevated further through layered ceiling detailing and the integration of oversized, sculptural light fixtures that act as statement elements. The result is a refined, contemporary interior that balances functionality, elegance, and comfort for modern family living.
